Information About The Service
EveryNet provides NBN Fibre to the Node offering connection to the National Broadband Network with a monthly included data allowance. Once this allowance is consumed your service will be automatically shaped to a maximum speed of 256Kbps.
Requirements and Prerequisites
You must be in an area serviced by a compatible NBN Co. network. This service may not be available at your location. Please call us to find out if you can be connected to this service at your location.
You will require a compatible router for this service. The monthly fee does not include the cost for a router. You are not required to purchase a router from us, but you may purchase one from us at an additional cost. Please contact us for further information.
This service does not require a telephone service.
This service is only available on a month to month contract, with a $99 setup fee.

Excess Usage Charges
There are no automatic excess usage charges on EveryNet National ADSL2+ as traffic beyond the included data will be slowed to 256 kbps. Quota is counted as the total of downloads accrued by your account. Uploaded information is not included in calculating your quota.
Early Termination Charges
If your service is cancelled for any reason prior to the end of your contract term you may incur early termination charges as detailed in the table below. The fees payable are based on the length of the contract agreed to at the time of orders. This contract represents an agreement that you will use the service for the indicated period of time at the address you have it connected at. If you move, or you terminate this service for any reason there will be a service termination fee as indicated.

Special Conditions of Service
Relocating Your Service
If you need to relocate your service whilst under contract with us you may incur Early Termination Charges if you move to a location where:
- We are unable to reconnect you to any internet service with us for any reason; or
- You elect to not accept our offer to reconnect you for any reason
Tranferring Your Contract
In some circumstances it is possible to transfer an account in good standing to another person or business. This is assessed on a case by case basis please contact us for more information.

Speeds quoted are maximum connection speeds as provided by nbn™. Achievable speed may be slower and could vary due to many factors such as the content being downloaded, network overhead, hardware and software configuration, the number of users simultaneously using the network, and the performance and capacity of infrastructure not operated by EveryNet. Devices connected by WiFi may experience slower speeds than those connected by Ethernet cable.
